Navigate to Place an order and complete the three-step form. Describe your project, select the service type and page count, then submit. You will be redirected to payment after placing the order.
We accept all major credit and debit cards via Paystack. Payments are processed securely through Paystack, and your card details are never stored on our servers.
Pricing is based on the service type and number of pages. Each service category has a fixed per-page rate, displayed clearly during the ordering process. Discount codes may also be applied at checkout.
For every paid order, you earn 1 credit worth $2.00 USD. Credits can be applied toward future orders — simply check the "Use credits" box during payment. Credits are applied on an all-or-nothing basis, capped at the order total.
Once your payment is confirmed, your order becomes available to our vetted pool of domain experts. An administrator assigns the most suitable expert based on your project requirements and the expert's expertise. You will be notified once an expert is assigned.
Yes. After your order is assigned, you and your expert can exchange messages through the order detail page. This ensures all communication is tracked and tied to your project.
We offer free revisions during the review phase. If your project requires changes after the initial delivery, simply request revisions through the order page. Your expert will address the feedback promptly.
Turnaround depends on the scope and complexity of your project. You set a deadline when placing the order, and we commit to delivering on or before that date. If you need expedited service, please note it in your project description.
Visit Become an expert to create an account and submit your application. You will need to provide your background, a CV, and select your areas of expertise. Our team reviews each application before approving new experts.
Payouts are processed monthly for completed and reviewed orders. Payment method details can be configured in your profile settings.
